Easy-to-connect Snap-Latch Technology for Industrial and Medical Applications

SUYIN offers a broad programme of Snap-Latch plugs and receptacles with snap-in and self-locking function. Based on highest quality and approved security, the Snap-Latch connectors can be fitted into industrial and medical applications with extraordinary high requirements, including FDA certified products and consumer devices. The flexible connectors with rounded design provide competitive pricing and are available in seven series types (A1, A3, B1, B3, B4, C1, C3) for cable-to-cable und cable-to-board connections with 2 up to maximum 14 positions. The components are characterized by a low contact resistance in the range of <3.5  mΩ to <8,5 mΩ and a low insertion force of 2kg. They are UL certified for high current up to 10A. Additional features of the Snap-Latch connectors are the light weight, vibration resistance, 100 % touch proof, they resist high temperatures (operation temperature range - 50°C up to + 120 °C), are non-magnetic and allow more than 1,000 mating cycles (medical version). For securing the correct connection there are offered six mechanical coding options and seven different plastic colors. According to customer requests there are also customized solutions of waterproof cable assemblies available.

RJ-45 Jack with two LEDs and Filter Suitable for Power-over-Ethernet

The SUYIN series 101110F91L2M416ZA is one of few available RJ45 jacks on the market with filter providing a Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) connection (two entry and four outgoing pins) thus saving a separate power cable as well an extra DC jack on the PCB. There are included two status LEDs (green/orange and yellow) and integrated filter components. The PoE-suitable modular jack is available as right-angled version in Through Hole Technology and is targeting applications in 10/100-Base-T and Gigabit-Ethernet networks as well in reliable and space-saving man-machine-interface solutions in the industrial sector.
