Powerful DC jack for in-board mounting

040015fr_nlSUYIN's two-pin, right-angle DC jack with the model designation 040015FR003XX06ZL provides a power connection for external plug-in power supplies used with stationary or mobile devices of all kinds - from netbooks to telecommunications and audio systems all the way to electronic toys. Designed for in-board mounting, this right-angle through-hole technology (THT) jack with overall dimensions of 13.90 x 9.90 x 9.0 (L x W x H in mm) mounts inside the printed circuit board (PCB) to save space. This reduces its height above the PCB surface to just 2,55 mm. Equipped with a spring-loaded switch contact and a center pin with a diameter of 2.5 mm, this jack accepts a DC plug connector with a diameter of 5.5 mm. Key electrical specifications include the current/voltage rating of 9 A / 20 V (DC) per pin, the guaranteed number of 5,000 mating cycles, the contact resistance of 30 mΩ (initial), and the insulation resistance of 500 MΩ (initial). The connectors are supplied in tape & reel packaging for automatic placement.
