170-pole AMC signal connector for reliable backplane/module connections
The 170-pin SUYIN-µTCA-signal connector is a 125 Gbit/s high-speed card-edge connector according to PICMG/AMC-(Advanced Mezzanine Card) standard accepting modules on the backplane. Circuit boards/Motherboards can be mated quickly and cost-efficient through reliable gastight and corrosion-resistant press fit contacts. For assembling of the press-fit contacts there is required a 5-row hole drilling with a diameter of 0.55 mm +/-0.05mm. The card-edge sliding contacts are rated to 200 matings and realize a 0.75mm contact pitch. Contact resistance is specified to max. 25 mΩ, mating and un-mating forces are max. 100N resp. 65 N.Specification:

The new 10 circuit ribbon cable of series CBL70017-0050 is provided in a standard length of 50mm and integrates an IDC socket with polarization key and an IDC header both in 2.54mm contact pitch. After assembling, the 10 circuit connectors are ultra-sonic welded with the ribbon cable and have to withstand a 5-kV-high-voltage discharge test (DC). The extreme robust and electrical strength design makes the cables (UL2651) ideal for applications in rugged industrial environment. The grey ribbon cable is delivered with a wire diameter of 28AWG, wire no. 1 is coded in red.
